Hinton St Mary’s Estate in Dorset was splendid for Shivani and Jamie’s wedding. A great challenge – as we had to cook a comprehensive selection of both Indian and British dishes across canapés, a three-course wedding breakfast and evening snacks, we were understandably delighted with the fantastic feedback at the end. Wishing Jamie and Shivani a long and happy life together..!!
