Our Festive Menu for office and corporate parties combines delicious food and cocktails with the convenience of having someone else organise everything - and tidy it all up at the end!
Here is what you get:
A beautiful selection of cold tapas including continental cured meats and cheeses, salads, artisan breads, oils and dips, as well as a delicious selection of bruschette.
Roasted Turkey Breast - served with pigs in blankets, sage, onion and apricot stuffing, crispy herbed roast potato, Maple glazed carrot and parsnip, creamed kale and a traditional rich turkey jus.
Pan-fried Sea Bass - served with a deliciously rich zucchini and saffron risotto
Portobello Mushroom Wellington - served with creamed leeks, wilted kale, Maple glazed carrots and parsnips, crispy herbed potatoes and a homemade onion gravy. (V)
Moscow Mule cheesecake - a delicious homemade baked vanilla, lime and ginger cheesecake.
Chocolate brioche bread and butter pudding - seved with homemade vanilla custard.
