Balliol College, one of the oldest and most prestigious colleges at the University of Oxford appointed us for the third year in a row to cater for their annual Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner is a celebration of everything the college stands for – academic excellence, cultural enrichment and a vibrant community of scholars and students.
The theme for this year was “Le Jardin de Monet”, and we created a bespoke classic French menu, followed late night refreshments, for a total of 400 guests.
